📝 Shift Your Trip Refund Policy

At Shift Your Trip, we strive to offer exceptional travel experiences and customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process.

1. Tour Packages

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding non-refundable booking fees or third-party charges).

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure may receive up to 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable.

2. Flight, Hotel, and Third-Party Bookings

  • Refunds for flights, hotels, or third-party services booked through Shift Your Trip are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.

  • Non-refundable tickets or reservations will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Customized Itineraries

  • For custom travel packages, refund eligibility will depend on the services booked and cancellation timelines. All details will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.

4. Force Majeure

  • In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events, refunds or travel credits may be issued at Shift Your Trip discretion, based on supplier agreements.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email contact@shiftyourtrip.com with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
